1. Introduction
Welcome to LaundroCo. By booking or using our services through our website, mobile pickup service, phone, email, or in-store facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all LaundroCo services, including:
* Mobile pickup and delivery laundry services
* Wash, dry & fold services
* Commercial linen and laundry services
* Self-service laundromat facilities
* General garment washing and ironing services
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
2. Definitions
LaundroCo / We / Us
Refers to LaundroCo and its employees, contractors, drivers, and representatives.
Customer / You
Any individual or business using LaundroCo services.
Services
All laundry, linen, pickup, delivery, washing, drying, folding, and ironing services offered by LaundroCo.
Items / Garments
Any clothing, linen, textiles, bedding, towels, uniforms, or washable household items submitted for service.
Pickup & Delivery Services
The collection and return of customer laundry from a nominated address.
3. Service Agreement
By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
LaundroCo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest published version will apply to all current and future orders.
4. Pickup & Delivery Services
Scheduling
Pickup and delivery bookings can be made online, by phone, email, or approved booking platforms.
Customers must ensure:
* Accurate pickup and delivery details are provided
* Laundry is ready at the agreed time
* Safe and reasonable access is available
Missed Pickups or Deliveries
If we are unable to access the property or complete the scheduled service due to customer unavailability or incorrect instructions, a missed service or re-delivery fee may apply.
Third-Party Delivery Services
Where third-party couriers or logistics providers are used, LaundroCo is not responsible for delays caused outside our reasonable control.
5. Laundry Care & Garment Handling
Standard Laundry Service
LaundroCo provides general washing, drying, folding, and ironing services. Our services are not specialised stain treatment or restoration services.
While we aim to clean items thoroughly, we do not guarantee:
* Complete stain or spot removal
* Removal of deeply set stains
* Restoration of heavily soiled or damaged garments
Care Labels
Customers are responsible for ensuring garments submitted are suitable for standard machine washing and drying unless otherwise communicated.
LaundroCo will make reasonable efforts to follow garment care labels and customer instructions where practical.
Delicate & Special Care Items
Customers must notify us before processing if items require:
* Cold wash only
* Air drying
* Delicate handling
* Separation from other garments
LaundroCo is not liable for damage resulting from:
* Undisclosed delicate fabrics
* Manufacturer defects
* Weak seams or worn fabrics
* Colour bleeding or shrinkage consistent with normal laundering processes
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
* Empty pockets before pickup
* Remove valuables
* Inform us of existing garment damage or special care needs
LaundroCo is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside garments.
6. Self-Service Laundromat Use
Customers using LaundroCo self-service facilities do so at their own risk.
Users are responsible for:
* Following machine instructions correctly
* Using suitable detergents and products
* Monitoring their belongings during use
LaundroCo is not responsible for:
* Items left unattended
* Customer misuse of equipment
* Damage caused by overloading or improper machine use
* Temporary interruptions caused by equipment faults or power outages
7. Uncollected Items
Customers are expected to collect or accept delivery of completed orders promptly.
If items remain uncollected for more than 30 days after notification:
* LaundroCo will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer
* Unclaimed items may be donated, recycled, or disposed of without further notice
By using our services, customers waive claims to items abandoned beyond this timeframe.
8. Limitation of Liability
General Laundry Services
LaundroCo provides standard laundry services only. Due to the nature of commercial washing and drying processes, customers acknowledge there are inherent risks associated with laundering garments and household textiles.
Liability Limits
LaundroCo’s liability for lost or damaged items is limited to:
* The reasonable current value of the item
* Up to a maximum of AUD $100 per item unless otherwise agreed in writing
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Exclusions
LaundroCo is not liable for:
* Normal wear and tear
* Fabric shrinkage within reasonable laundering standards
* Colour fading or bleeding
* Damage caused by weak, aged, or delicate fabrics
* Damage resulting from inaccurate or missing care labels
* Items unsuitable for machine washing or drying
* Existing damage or deterioration prior to service
* Failure to fully remove stains or odours
Force Majeure
LaundroCo is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, transport disruptions, equipment failures, or natural disasters.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
* Provide accurate contact and address details
* Ensure safe pickup and delivery access
* Pay all applicable service fees on time
* Ensure items submitted are suitable for standard laundry processing
Additional costs resulting from incorrect information or unsafe access conditions may be charged to the customer.
10. Pricing & Payments
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on:
* Weight
* Load size
* Service type
* Special handling requirements
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
* Credit/Debit Card
* Bank Transfer
* Online Payment Platforms
* In-store payments
Late Payments
Outstanding balances may incur late fees, interest charges, or suspension of future services.
Commercial customers may be subject to separate trading terms.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations
Customers may cancel services free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late cancellations or missed pickups may attract cancellation fees.
Refunds
Refunds or service credits may be considered where:
* Services were not completed due to LaundroCo error
* Orders are materially delayed without communication
* Laundry was returned to the wrong customer
Refunds are not provided for:
* Failure to fully remove stains
* Normal fabric wear
* Colour fading or shrinkage within standard laundry expectations
* Issues arising from unsuitable garments or inaccurate care labels
12. Privacy & Data Protection
LaundroCo collects and stores customer information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
Customer information is used only for:
* Processing orders
* Customer communication
* Service improvements
* Legal compliance
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or cyber incidents.
13. Dispute Resolution
Customers should submit complaints or concerns in writing to:

Complaints should be lodged within 48 hours of service completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where disputes cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal proceedings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
15. Modifications
LaundroCo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website or service platforms.
